Charles Rahi Chun (born February 28, 1967; age 59) played unnamed Chinese operative who worked for Cheng Zhi during Season 5 of 24. He has over fifty credited acting roles since 1994.
Biography and career
Charles Rahi Chun was born in New York City to parents of Korean heritage. He was raised bi-culturally in Utah, Korea, and Southern California. Chun studied in Phillips Academy, graduating in 1985. After that, he completed a Bachelor's degree in Asian Studies from Connecticut College.
Shortly after that, Chun started his career as an actor. He has appeared in films like Beverly Hills Cop III (with Louis Lombardi), Dumb and Dumber, Next (with Thomas Kretschmann and Jose Zuniga), and The Interview. He has also appeared in TV shows like Criminal Minds (with Esai Morales), NYPD Blue (with Jimmy Smits), and Castle (with Stana Katic), among many others.
From 2004 to 2006, Chun studied at the University of Santa Monica, completing a Master's degree in Spiritual Psychology. Since then, he has continued to specialize in spiritual and healing studies, completing numerous certifications in the field. Chun has also traveled extensively to study Asian cultures and religion. In 2012, he founded Somatic Sexual Wholeness, specializing in Zen practices and sexual education.
